Naked Boys all over the garden!!!

Last summer's weekend in the Catskill was very sunny. We found first leaves on the lawn.
Some plants were already in a fall colors.

Poppy flower during morning bath.

Someone worked very hard!

And Naked Boys started to bloom! (Colchicum, autumn crocuses).

No wire hangers...

I have never in my life had wire hangers in a closet. I lived 34 years in Poland and we never had wire hangers in our home. I remember from my childhood mostly wooden and then plastic ones. Hate wire hangers and understand that people could be a little bit upset finding them in the closet.

Yellow week

Last week (last 2 weekends) the garden was mostly yellow and green of course.

Even my pink T-shirt turned into yellow!

Yellow leaves of barberry.

Heather became yellow for a moment...

Sedum started to bloom.

Majestic Canada Lily.

"Running" dew drops on hakone leaves.

Wow! I also had yellow shorts and flip-flops.

Pink Week

"Pink Week" is my favorite time at Shofu-an (Pine Wind Hermitage) garden Upstate. I'm waiting for it all year. It is always the first week of  June. All pink plants are blooming at the same time.

Morning dew drops on the Wild Pink.

Stunning (my favorite English word from last time) azalea.

Of course you have to also wear something pink!

Even sky is pink during Pink Week.

One more thing - the favored drink is rose'. This year it was Spanish "Red guitar"

First cover

My second picture has been published in the Catskill Mountain Region guide.
But this time success is bigger - I have the cover of June issue.
I'm very excited and proud. Thank you all of you for support.

New Friends

Zoe and Spart are my new neighbours.

Last weekend we spent Upstate.
Spart liked to pose everywhere he could lay down.

Even under Zoe.

It looks like they had a great time.

Double Seasons

Yes, it is possible. My favorite is double Spring. Big changes after long Winter. I can enjoy one Spring in the City and the other two or three weeks later in Frost Valley - Upstate. Here are few pictures from last Spring (Frost Valley).

Friday night

Last Friday I attended Night of a thousand Stevies.
It was 19th annual edition. Last year I had a great time so I decided to make it this year more professional and have more fun.
I got a black hat, ostrich feathers and white tulle.
I put everything together and it all looked fabulous - especially my hat. That was the opinion a lot of people on the party.
Also it was much easier to make new friends  (see pic. below).
